Thinking Big! A Vision of 2030 / Pensando Grande! Uma visão de 2030

Recently I had the fantastic opportunity of participating as a volunteer of the Singularity University Summit Berlin. A truly mind expanding experience! I also had the chance of talking with incredible speakers such as Pascal Finette, Amin Toufani, and Martin Wezowski. Plus, I gave them an envelope with a letter from "2030" which present an introduction to my new project www.moneyofgood.org .

To understand the power of exponential technologies is to be able to glimpse the enormous transformations that we will face in a short future. How to deal with this scenario in order to design a better future for all beings on Earth is the big question that arose in the conference.

With Money of Good I try to address two big issues that are key for the healthy development of our civilization.

First is consciousness. As known, ignorance is the reason of the main problems we face today. To improve the human ability to think wisely is to foster good deeds that will result in a better world.

Second is the economy. Currently, the international financial system represents the main force that drives economies/societies/individuals. It's based on unfair and very limited rules. To disengage the economic transactions from the control of a few powerful institutions, corporations and governments will unlock a higher potential of sustainable development.

This is a very short view of the project structure. For each concept presented there is an explanation of why, how, and what the implications are.

As an expert in design thinking and a visionary, my wish is to take the project to the next level, transforming it in an objective plan of action.

Recentemente tive a fantástica oportunidade de participar do congresso da Singularity University em Berlin. Uma experiência que verdadeiramente faz explodir as ideias! Eu também tive a chance de conversar com palestrantes incríveis como Pascal Finette, Amin Toufani e Martin Wezowski e dar-lhes um envelope com uma carta de "2030", que apresenta uma introdução ao meu novo projeto www.moneyofgood.org.

Entender o poder das tecnologias exponenciais é poder vislumbrar as enormes transformações que teremos de enfrentar no futuro que se aproxima. Como lidar com esse cenário a fim de projetar um futuro melhor para todos os seres na Terra é a grande questão que surgiu na conferência. Com Money of Good, eu tento abordar duas grandes questões que são fundamentais para o desenvolvimento saudável da nossa civilização.

A primeira é a consciência. Como sabido, a ignorância é a razão dos principais problemas que enfrentamos hoje. Melhorar a capacidade humana de pensar sabiamente é promover boas ações que resultarão em um mundo melhor.

A segunda é a economia. Atualmente, o sistema financeiro internacional representa a principal força que impulsiona as economias / sociedades / indivíduos. Ele é baseado em regras injustas e muito limitadas. Desvincular as transações econômicas do controle de algumas poderosas instituições, corporações e governos irá desbloquear um maior potencial de desenvolvimento sustentável.

Esta é uma visão muito reduzida do escopo do projeto. Para cada conceito apresentado existe uma explicação do porquê, como e quais são as implicações. Como um expert em design thinking e um visionário, o meu desejo é levar o projeto para o próximo nível, transformando-o em um plano de ação objetivo.
